Next on the list of holiday movies was this hot pile of ass called London Mitchell's Christmas. This movie gave me a headache and made me mad. Even describing the movie to folks gives me a headache. It was so fucking bad. One good thing was that the cameras were better than the ones in A Christmas To Remember. That's about it. So this is about an asshole that gets prostate cancer and everyone he treats like shit feels bad for him. He is dating a woman and as soon as she walks through the door he shoves vodka down her throat so he can tell her they need to chill and breakup. Why? Because he fucking someone else.
He goes to a high school basketball game where the students look like 5 year olds. He gets nailed with a basketball and goes to get Frankenstein stitches on his face. He hints that he is having problems pissing which they show multiple times and the scenes drag on. And on. And on. Every scene in this movie goes too long and shows aerial views of the city for transitions. So the woman he dumped keeps showing up. Oh, he ditched his daughters dance to go to that basketball game. Yeah. He got two kids with his ex wife and they all know he ain't worth shit. So he has his ex wife he flirts with and wants to fuck, his girl he just dumped, and one he is currently fucking. Oh, and his doctor. He wants to fuck her too. This guy wants to fuck everything.
The rest of this shit is him being a total fucking asshole to everyone in his life and them feeling bad for him because he has cancer. I have known people with cancer and it doesn't make them a better person and this movie is proof. This guy was never good. They don't have scenes where he becomes a better person. He just has cancer. Still an asshole but now with cancer. But everyone forgives him because of cancer. This movie sends such a bad message. You don't have to drop everything for someone because they are sick if they are someone who makes you feel like crap and is someone you could never depend on. If any other character in this was sick this man would not change a single thing about himself to help them out. Fuck this guy. Fuck this movie. Its trash.
