Over the last few mornings I have been working on songs as soon as I woke up. I heard on some podcast a while back about how the brain functions differently after waking up. It's true. I come up with weirder ideas when I wake up. Ask me why I'm single. My Song Of The Week: Retrograde

Well, it's actually an album of the week. A few days ago I completed a mixtape called Retrograde that I'd been thinking about with songs using sound effects and the themes of classic video games. There is some Pac-Man, some Mario Bros., some Zelda. All kinda random shit. It was fun to do. If you don't like a song just skip it. I won't be sad. Disappointed, yeah. But not sad. A few days ago I decided to try making a dance song. Some long ass song where the beat is loud and changes up. Then I found a clip from a song that fit and ended up adding a few more. Last week I did a remix of Led Zeppelin's song Ramble On titled Time To Be Gone. This was far more difficult than I'd anticipated to remix. I know it has been a while since I posted a song or remix I've done but its not because I haven't been doing any. I have done a lot of songs since my last post but just don't post them here much anymore. I need to fix that. I did a remix of Marvin Gaye's song Sexual Healing titled Good For Me. I tend to make a song a day or at the very least five a week for over a year now. Since the start of the year I have made 13 songs and have tried to experiment more and do things differently that I have the past year and a half.
