The Review: Raised By Wolves S1E3

"Virtual Faith"

This show is nuts. I mean that in a good way. So much happens in each episode that my ass thought that I was like two more episodes past where I am. Mother is telling all the kids a story. They don't wanna hear it because it is not allowed in their religion. She tells it anyway. Its Three Little Pigs. It scares them. They don't know better. After the shit her kid Campion pulled she now carries her battle eyes around her neck. This episode jumps around through time so it was a tiny bit confusing.

There is a flashback from the Ark ship that shows Sue and Marcus, the soldiers that are not religious that killed people and stole their identities by having an android give them fast ass surgery and then realized that they have a kid (told you this was nuts) are shown in stasis where even though their bodies are still their minds can be in this virtual place. They go and find their not son Paul and he thinks they are weird and only talking to him because they are in virtual. Marcus gets along well with Paul while Sue is struggling at first. They meet the higher ups of the religion who are happy with Marcus laughing since there will be no more war once they wake up. Yeah. Okay.

In the present the living crew members of the Ark are trying to find where the kids are. They gone. Campion tricked Father into a hut and led the kids away. The new kids are starting to get sick and cough just like the original kids under Mother and Father's care did. He thinks that Mother is poisoning them so they all escape. Father finally gets free and starts looking for the kids. There are still those crazy ass monsters running around by the way. Meanwhile Mother lets the beat drop and is flying around destroying shit. She finds one of the androids from the Ark and takes one of its eyes. She is starting to feel like she is the one killing the children but not knowing it. Father later does some research and realizes that the food they have been using has radiation in it and it is not Mother's fault.

Mother finds some medicine for the kids while trying to kill any possible survivors from the Ark. One of the other androids starts singing this song into the big ass hole and Marcus wants her to stop. They sing this for the soulless and also when they executed atheists which is why Marcus is not down with that. They don't know he is not who he says he is though. Paul loses his mouse and starts looking for it and gets separated from the rest of the kids. Father finds the kids and shows Campion how Mother was not poisoning them on purpose. Some hooded person singing and being spooky who may or may not be Tally. She is the little girl that fell in the hole in the first episode. He ends up falling into a big hole landing on a branch. I doubt Campion will care that Mother didn't kill his siblings on purpose. They Ark kids have tracking devices on them so the religious folks are gonna come looking. And what is with those big holes and the skinny monsters?!
